Job description

Your daily adventures

Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of Game Managers in Retention Department;
Manage game portfolio strategy across platforms like Soft2Bet, SoftSwiss, TrueLabel, EasyRocket, Advabet;
Oversee onboarding of new game providers and integration of new games;
Analyze KPIs (GGR, session time, CTR, conversion rates, etc.) and optimize game performance;
Coordinate promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns with providers;
Monitor compliance and technical stability across all integrated games;
Ensure high player engagement through smart lobby curation and data insights;
Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, and BI teams to align game offerings with business goals.

Requirements

What makes you a great match

2+ years of experience in a leadership role within iGaming or online casino operations;

Understanding of game providers, content management, and platform operationsl;

Hands-on experience with Soft2Bet, SoftSwiss, TrueLabel, EasyRocket, Advabet.
