IT Project Manager @ Devire

Our Client is Sollers Consulting – a global company specializing in supporting financial services groups, including insurance providers, in their digital transformation initiatives.

• Salary : between  160-200 PLN / hour net + VAT (B2B)
• Location :   remote position (with occasional visits in Madrid)
• Language : communication in Spanish and English  daily

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager and 10+ years in IT
• Proven track record of delivering projects in the insurance sector (preferred : commercial / corporate insurance exposure, incl. sales processes and risk assessment / underwriting workflows)
• Fluent Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel to Madrid
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational skills , ability to manage priorities, timelines, and multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
