YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a Project Manage r / Solution Architect with a strong background in Power Platform , Azure Cloud , and Generative AI , who also brings solid project management experience. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of intelligent automation and AI-driven solutions, bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. You'll work closely with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-impact oues.

YOUR TASKS

  • Solution Design & Architecture

Design end-to-end automation and AI solutions using Power Automate (Desktop & Cloud), Azure services (, Logic Apps, Functions, Cognitive Services), and GenAI / Agentic AI frameworks. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and scalability requirements.

  • Project Leadership

    • Manage project delivery using Agile / Scrum methodologies. Oversee backlog grooming, sprint planning, and MVP delivery. Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

  • Stakeholder Engagement

    • Act as the primary technical point of contact for business and IT stakeholders. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

  • AI & Agentic Integration

    • Identify opportunities to embed GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities into automation workflows. Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to integrate LLMs, copilots, and autonomous agents into business processes.

  • ernance & Quality Assurance

    • Uphold best practices in automationernance, security, andpliance. Lead design reviews and ensure adherence to internal frameworks and industry standards.

  • Resource Coordination

    • Work with staffing partners to ensure the right mix of skills and capacity across projects. Support team development through mentoring and knowledge sharing.

    YOUR PROFILE

  • 5+ years of experience in IT solution delivery, including at least 2-3 years in a Solution Architect or Senior Developer role
  • Hands-on expertise in Power Automate (Desktop & Cloud), Power Apps, and Dataverse
  • Strong knowledge of Azure services relevant to automation and AI (, Azure Logic Apps, Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions)
  • Experience designing and integrating GenAI and Agentic AI solutions
  • Solid understanding of automationernance, security, and scalability
  • Excellentmunication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar LLM-based orchestration tools
  • Familiarity with M365 integration, SharePoint, and Teams automation
  • Certifications in Azure, Power Platform, or AI / ML technologies
  • Proficiency in German is a strong plus
