Fullstack Developer - AI Agents & LLMs @ Holisticon Connect

We are looking for a  Fullstack Developer with a strong focus on Agents / LLMs / AI  to join a team working on  AI-powered solutions  for a company in the  biopharmaceutical industry . The team is building an  AI agent platform  designed to help internal  R&D scientists  generate scientific insights from both  public sources  and  proprietary client data .

You might be the perfect match if you are / have :

• 5+ years  of relevant professional experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in  Python
• Experience with  large language model (LLM) frameworks  such as  LangChain ,  Pydantic-AI , etc.
• Familiarity with  Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems  and  MCP servers
• Experience working with  SQL databases
• Comfortable working in  Unix / Linux environments
• Hands-on experience with  cloud platforms , preferably  AWS
• Good frontend skills in  TypeScript and React
• A degree in  Computer Science  or a related technical field
• Fluent English  communication skills, both written and verbal – you’re able to work effectively in an international team, contribute to discussions, and write clear documentation or feedback
• Located in Poland
