Responsibilities :
Virtual machine template administration : managing and optimizing virtual machine templatesChange deployment : testing new hardware and software, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing downtimeAction automation : creating and managing tools for integration and process automationProblem solving : L3 level support, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and developing emergency proceduresDocumentation administration : managing service catalog, documentation, and versioning of existing solutionsChange management : coordinating and implementing changes related to IT infrastructureHardware and software configuration : preparing, configuring, and documenting standard hardware and softwareCustomer support : providing support to customers during the piloting of new solutionsTesting new solutions : conducting tests and evaluating new technologiesRequirements :
