Python Engineer

The role

You'll join one of our cross-functional teams to build meaningful software — from autonomous robotics platforms to data-heavy applications for medtech and biotech clients.

What you’ll do

Design and develop modern, high-quality applications- often starting from scratch

Collaborate in a code review and pull request workflow to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing

Make architectural decisions aligned with product goals and technical constraints

Find the right balance between development speed and long-term code maintainability

Translate business and product requirements into clear, technical specifications

Ensure security best practices are applied from the earliest development stages- especially in projects handling sensitive data

What we’re looking for

3+ years of experience in commercial Python development

Strong knowledge of Python and FastAPI

Practical experience with databases, Docker, and cloud platforms (GCP or AWS)

Proactive attitude – we appreciate initiative, not just execution

Understanding of software design patterns and clean architecture principles

Communicative English (B2+) – we work with international clients

Writing unit / integration tests doesn’t scare you (you even like it!)

Comfortable working in a bilingual environment (Polish B2+, English B2+)

Bonus : Experience with LLMs, experience with React
