To assist with building the women health portfolio within the Polish market.
This role will report into the Head of Sales, Poland.
Job duties :
- Plan and execute effective promotional engagement activities for assigned products within the designated territory, in alignment with brand strategy and compliance standards.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term partnerships with key healthcare professionals (HCPs) and healthcare organizations (HCOs) to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.
- Achieve and exceed defined short-, mid-, and long-term sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall business performance and market share growth.
- Proactively identify client needs and tailor product-related solutions and services that support patient outcomes and align with customer and company objectives.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including sales, medical affairs, marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely and efficient execution of customer solutions and service delivery.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities within the assigned therapeutic area to grow market share and expand business with targeted HCPs and HCOs.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer concerns, ensuring quick, compliant, and effective resolution of issues to maintain high satisfaction levels and HCO.
- Stay up to date with developments in the pharmaceutical and women’s health sectors, competitor activities, regulatory changes, and local healthcare system dynamics.
- Represent Aspen at industry events, congresses, scientific meetings, and promotional activities, strengthening the company’s presence and reputation within the healthcare community.
