Description Overview

Perrigo is bringing an exciting new proposition to the Warsaw market and we would love to hear from experienced C2C / AR Team Leads.

We currently offer a hybrid working pattern with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.

Scope of the Role

In your role, you will manage a team of accountants and senior accountants providing AR‑related services to PBS Poland internal and external customers. You are responsible for providing quality service to stakeholders, ensuring proper customer credit management, correct cash application, timely and accurate billing / invoicing, effective cash collection and dispute management, bad debt provisions, and the application of relevant controls – meeting the SLA targets set for the Team. You will also be responsible for adopting standard processes and pursuing efficiencies within the team and area of responsibility. Interacts with internal and external auditors, customers and finance business partners and stakeholders. Responsible for daily management of Team resources, also supports the C2C Tower Lead in team development, career planning and recruitment of employees.
