Job Description

As a CX Growth Manager, you will use your network to connect with potential clients and propose the company’s services.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with potential clients through presentations, business networking, telephone calls, emails, business forums, and other business / social networking platforms.
  • Engage with marketing to drive lead generation.
  • You will lead cross-functional meetings to review information received from operational support functions and partners vs the client’s requirements to prepare the perfect fit model to propose to the client.
  • Develop and implement strategic account visions and strategies for target accounts.
  • You will use your network to connect with potential clients and propose the company’s services.
  • Your responsibility starts from lead generation to negotiation through to transition planning and final contract signature.
  • The Profile

    Targeted Qualifications

  • Native  Polish  Language.
  • Fluency in  English  Language, C1 / C2 level or Higher.
  • Polish Market Sales Previous Experience – is a must.
  • Min 3+ years  of BPO Sales experience.
  • CEE Market Previous Experience.
  • Bachelors’ degree is a Must.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in  Software sales / SaaS / Tech Sales  – will be a plus
  • Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.
  • Success record – multi-million contracts for both new business and existing projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
