As a CX Growth Manager, you will use your network to connect with potential clients and propose the company’s services.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
Develop relationships with potential clients through presentations, business networking, telephone calls, emails, business forums, and other business / social networking platforms.Engage with marketing to drive lead generation.You will lead cross-functional meetings to review information received from operational support functions and partners vs the client’s requirements to prepare the perfect fit model to propose to the client.Develop and implement strategic account visions and strategies for target accounts.You will use your network to connect with potential clients and propose the company’s services.Your responsibility starts from lead generation to negotiation through to transition planning and final contract signature.The Profile
Targeted Qualifications
Native Polish Language.Fluency in English Language, C1 / C2 level or Higher.Polish Market Sales Previous Experience – is a must.Min 3+ years of BPO Sales experience.CEE Market Previous Experience.Bachelors’ degree is a Must.Master’s degree preferred.Previous experience in Software sales / SaaS / Tech Sales – will be a plusProven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.Success record – multi-million contracts for both new business and existing projects.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Interpersonal Skills
