Our Tax Technology team deals with creating and implementing advanced IT solutions that support a wide range of business and tax calculation processes. They are related to international personal income taxes (GMS – Global Mobility Services) and management of human resources. We are a globally distributed team with members from various locations. We are looking for candidates with passion who would like to join our rapidly growing team in Kraków and Warszawa. • Minimum 3 years of working experience as an IT Business Analyst
• The ability to analyze the needs and functional requirements of the client
• Fluent English communication both in speaking and writing
• Excellent communication skills, that will help you to work both with business users and technical developers
• Basic experience with SQL : able to write SELECTs, JOINs, GROUP BY, and simple subqueries
• Experience in working in an IT environment – knowing and understanding of SDLC
• Analytical thinking, positive energy, proactivity, „I can do” attitude
• Teamwork skills and ability to work effectively in a team as well as in a scattered environment
• Data Visualization / BI (PowerBI) : Basic Power BI report creation, Power query scripting and exposure to build simple dashboards
