your tasks
provide day-to-day support to employees and managers regarding HR processes and policies;manage administrative HR tasks including onboarding, employment changes, contract preparation, and terminations;handle employee inquiries via various communication channels and ensure a high standard of service;maintain and update employee records in internal HR systems;cooperate with payroll, recruitment, and training teams to ensure data consistency and process alignment;prepare HR-related documentation (e.g., employment contracts, annexes, certificates, employment confirmations);ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor law requirements;support the continuous improvement of HR processes by sharing ideas and identifying opportunities for simplification or automationwhat we expect
