Join our dynamic team and contribute to managing a broad portfolio of applications across Group Sustainability & Compliance, Group Services, and Group Finance. You will collaborate with Service Owners, Application Owners, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Architects to drive the full application lifecycle — from vendor selection and solution implementation to ongoing support and continuous improvement.
responsibilities :
Technical Expertise : Certified ServiceNow System Administrator required; ServiceNow Application Developer certification is a plus.
Hands-on Experience : Solid background with ServiceNow ITSM, with additional experience in the Legal Service Delivery Module considered a plus.
User Experience : Skilled in dashboard and reporting design, workspace and knowledge base setup, process configuration, and support. Strong CSS, HTML, and ServiceNow portal / widget design abilities.
Development : Experience in Java scripting (server and client side), UI Policies and Actions, custom app development, configuration, and portal customization.
Ownership : Serve as an IT contact for the application, ensuring smooth operation, alignment with business needs, and ongoing support and incident resolution.
