We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join a rapidly growing business and technology consultancy, where you'll help shape the visual storytelling behind some of our most important group-wide initiatives.

About the Role

As part of a cross-functional team, you'll work closely with the Strategy & Transformation Office, Internal Communications, and IT / AI to create inspirational and engaging visuals that bring transformational projects to life.

Your work will play a key role in communicating strategy, driving engagement, and supporting the rollout of key initiatives across the organization.

You'll produce a wide range of creative materials with high impact — from compelling graphics, animations, and videos, to PowerPoint presentations that turn complex messages into clear, visually structured stories.

What You'll Do :

• Translate management concepts and project strategies into clear, visually appealing designs.
• Create high-quality graphics, animations, and videos for internal campaigns and communications.
• Ensure all visuals adhere to brand and visual guidelines set by the marketing team.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, balancing creativity with structure and precision.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines with professionalism and independence.
