About the role

The Global Market Conduct Surveillance Execution team based in Wroclaw is seeking an FX / PM Market Conduct Surveillance Analyst to investigate potential market abuses and support surveillance framework improvement.

Responsibilities

• Investigate cases of potential market abuse across automated alerting systems (e.g., NASDAQ Trade Surveillance) for Forex and Precious Metals.
• Perform ad‑hoc deep‑dive reviews of activity in response to regulator / exchange queries, using internal systems and external resources.
• Drive continuous improvement of the surveillance framework, including design and operational effectiveness evaluations and control recalibration.
• Contribute to strategic department projects, including global and regional initiatives.
• Participate in implementation activities, including testing and integration.
• Assist in the production of effective management information reports for Senior Management.
