Sales Manager (SaaS, Building Energy Performance)

Why this role : Join a fast-scaling international team bringing an AI-driven building performance platform to Poland—software that connects to existing BMS / IoT data to monitor and optimize buildings 24 / 7, cutting energy use and operating costs without heavy capex. We’re opening Poland as a growth market, so we need a self-starter with a hunter mindset who already knows decision-makers across asset owners and facility leaders—and can turn first meetings into revenue.
What you’ll do (day-to-day)
Own new business in PL : build the top of funnel and run it, secure meetings (online / F2F), and progress complex B2B sales to close.
Target the right buyers : asset managers, building owners, property directors, heads of operations / FM, sustainability (ESG) leads, and large tenants.
Run a consultative / value sale : diagnose current energy / OPEX pain points, quantify savings / ROI, shape proposals, and lead negotiations to signature.
Orchestrate pilots / POCs : align technical stakeholders (BMS / FM vendors, IT / security), define success criteria, and turn pilots into multi-site rollouts.
Build partnerships : develop referral / reseller ties with FM firms, BMS integrators, ESCOs, and mall / logistics / campus operators to scale distribution.
Forecast and report : maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene in CRM, deliver accurate monthly / quarterly forecasts, and share competitive intel.
Be the face of PL market entry : represent the company at industry events and customer boards; feed product / market feedback back to the CCO team.
Must-have experience
5+ years selling SaaS in Poland or B2B solutions / services to asset managers / building owners (CRE portfolios, malls, logistics parks, offices, hospitals, universities, etc.).
Proven hunter track record : building your own pipe, landing new logos, closing mid / enterprise deals.
Consultative selling with quantified business cases (energy / OPEX / ESG impact) and multi-stakeholder navigation (technical + commercial).
Comfortable running end-to-end : discovery → demo → business case → pilot / POC → procurement / InfoSec → signature.
Polish fluent; English B2 / C1 for cross-border cooperation.
Nice to have
Exposure to proptech / energy efficiency / BMS / IoT / FM domains or ESCO / TSL partnerships. (Public materials commonly reference AI platforms that integrate with BMS to deliver 20–40% savings; speaking this language helps.)
Network of decision-takers in Poland (asset managers / FM / operations / ESG).
