Private Wealth Management (PWM) Operations team is seeking an Analyst / Associate to join the new EMEA Regulatory Engagement Team. The professional will collaborate with our Clients, PWM Sales and Business teams, as well as Legal, Compliance, Anti Money Laundering and other Federations teams, to manage the Region’s Regulatory landscape for PWM with engagement with External Auditors and Regulators, ensuring compliance to Regulations, Firmwide and internal regulatory policies. There will be a strong focus on providing best in class representation of the Firm as well as subject matter expertise in these engagements. The professional will also have the opportunity to be innovative by improving processes, reducing risk and increasing efficiency.

Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted division that partners with all parts of the firm to deliver banking, sales and trading and asset management capabilities to clients around the world. In addition, Operations provides essential risk management and control to preserve and enhance the firm’s assets and its reputation. For every trade agreed, every new product launched or market entered, every transaction completed, it is Operations that develops the processes, the controls that makes business flow in accordance with the respective Regulations. The EMEA Regulatory Engagement Team will predominately be focused on KYC across New Onboarding, Maintenance and Rolling Review, data integrity, risk management and regulatory requirements. The Team will also require having knowledge into Payment and Trade workflows when representing the Firm & Division to both Internal and External Stakeholders.
