Senior R&D Software Developer - C# and Test Automation @ Hitachi Energy

The opportunity

We are looking for an R&D Software Developer - C# and Test Automation   to our development team in Västerås to drive innovation and solution development in Grid Automation. In this role you will collaborate with dynamic global technology teams with niche competences and cutting-edge technology. You will be developing the power grids of the future, creating software that is used in crucial infrastructure and real time. Your Background

• You have a degree from university in computer science / engineering or other relevant education.
• Proven expertise in C# development and applying it in automated testing frameworks.
• At least 4 years of experience in a test automation, software development in test, or test architect role .
• Proven experience in similar software developer roles programming in C#
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux environments, ideally with experience setting up test pipelines in these contexts.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written is required.
• You are passionate about technology and have willingness to share your knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
