About the project
Join a fast-evolving Data Platform team as a Solutions Architect supporting a leading client in the medical industry. In this remote-first role (with occasional business trips to Warsaw), you'll lead the architectural vision and development of a cloud-native enterprise data platform. As a key technical leader, you will ensure scalable, secure, and future-proof data solutions that support over 16 business domains. Your work will directly impact how teams across the organization access, manage, and use data to drive innovation and improve patient care outcomes.
Your responsibilities
Design and maintain cloud-native, self-service data platform solutionsCollaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product teams on scalable data initiativesGuide platform evolution through architectural diagrams, design documents, and roadmapsConduct code and data model reviews to ensure strategic alignmentDrive data governance and compliance efforts in collaboration with security teamsEvaluate and implement tools for observability, monitoring, and data quality assuranceOur requirements
Minimum 8 years in data engineering or architecture roles, with strong AWS expertiseDeep understanding of Data Mesh and data lakehouse architecturesProficiency in AWS Glue, Redshift, Python, SQL, and dbtExperience with CI / CD, IaC, and DevOps practicesProven leadership and mentoring abilities with excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experienceFluency in English (spoken and written)What we offer
