YOUR ROLE
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining deep learning models designed to automate variety of common Service Desk tasks and integrations to external systems : ServiceNow, Remedy, Microsoft Teams etc. (using Python). You will have the opportunity to work not only with deep learning but also with other automation initiatives, primarily using Python.
You will be working in the Cognitive and Robotics team within Cloud Infrastructure Services where you will have the possibility to exchange your knowledge and experience with other consultants, subject matter experts and architects across the globe.
