Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their UK Data Strategy Sub Value Stream in Krakow. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to strategic data enhancement commitments on behalf of the Chief Technology Office, working initially on the Commercial Banking area of the UK business.
Position Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will play a central role in delivering strategic data enhancement initiatives for the UK business. You will work closely with colleagues in Business Banking and Technology to elicit business requirements, identify data attributes and enable successful delivery of fit-for-purpose data to the Pega team. Your work will directly support customer campaign delivery, making this a role with tangible impact. This position offers the chance to join a team working on a priority area for the bank, where Data Strategy is at the forefront of the Change Portfolio.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in change delivery as a Business Analyst
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to build effective working relationships
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint skills
- Experience in process mapping
- Experience with Agile delivery, Scrum Ceremonies, Jira and Confluence
- Experience with Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Experience eliciting requirements through workshops and interviews
- Experience creating and managing Business Requirements Documents
- Experience creating and managing Requirements Traceability Matrices
- Solution design experience, including creation of Solution Design Documents and options papers
- Test support experience, particularly User Acceptance Testing
- Experience preparing and presenting at governance forums
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive approach with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude with drive to deliver successful change
- Previous experience with the organisation is desirable
- Experience with data analysis and mapping data attributes to Business use cases is desirable
- Experience working within data controls such as Data Quality is desirable
- Experience working with Pega is desirable
