Participation in IT infrastructure projects,

Providing support for IT infrastructure, LAN and WAN connections, servers, and mass storage,

Improving and maintaining network infrastructure components and their replacement.

Help Desk team support

requirements-expected :

Very good knowledge of English

Very well-developed communication and interpersonal skills,

At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position,

Advanced knowledge of Firewall installation, managing and troubleshooting, mastering Fortinet and / or Palo Alto products is a must

Ability to configure and administer network devices : Routers, Switches, Wi-Fi (FortiGate, Aruba, Dell etc.),

Extensive knowledge and experience in TCP / IP networks and network protocols, routing, and mechanisms that increase network reliability and security, Knowledge of VPN and monitoring technologies,

Knowledge of tools for solving IT problems,

Understanding a wide range of security concepts and standards

Advanced Knowledge of IT system security mechanisms : HIDS / IPS / WAF / DLP, etc., ability to analyze risks, threats, and vulnerabilities

Experience in working with Microsoft Windows and Linux servers

Able to be on-call and work off-hours when needed
