For our Client, we are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join the team on a temporary assignment. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in managing full-cycle recruitment processes across a variety of roles and seniority levels, and will thrive in a dynamic, international environment.
Responsibilities :
- managing recruitment processes from start to finish — including role intake, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation,
- you will closely partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment support,
- sourcing candidates through multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking will be key,
- you’ll be responsible for assessing candidates not only on skills and experience but also on cultural fit,
- ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process is essential,
- you will also collaborate with international HR and business teams to support broader hiring initiatives.
Requirements :
at least 3 years of experience in recruitment, either in-house or with an agency,a proven ability to run recruitment processes independently,experience in international recruitment will be considered a strong advantage,fluency in English at a C1 level, both spoken and written, is required,you should be comfortable managing multiple recruitment processes at once and working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment,familiarity with ATS tools and modern sourcing techniques, along with strong communication and stakeholder management.The offer :
