4+ years of experience with .NET development , ideally WPF and Web based applicationsStrong C# skills and a good understanding of UI component libraries (e.g., DevExpress)Familiarity with integration patterns (web services, messaging, REST and XML-based interfaces)Willingness to work in a hybrid architecture (.NET, Cloud, mainframe, Desktop and web clients)Solid understanding of software design, data flows, and maintainability in large-scale systemsEnglish proficiency (spoken and written)Nice-to-Have Skills (Quick to Learn If You’re Not Familiar)
