The Integration Lead will work in the Application Management Supporting team, dealing with more complex or server issues or improvements relating to integrations between SuccessFactors and other systems.

Main purpose for the position :

The Lead has proven experience within SuccessFactors APIs, Integration platform, middleware, system logs, BTP, SAP HR(BIB) and the HR IT landscape. The Lead has in-depth knowledge about use of Extensions in CPI landscape. The Lead will work together with AMS Team and interact with Level 3, Level 2 when needed.

Your key responsibilities will be :

Coordinate ISS IT infrastructure team or other 3rd party vendors to ensure fully operational integrations and connectivity.

  • Assess and assist Release Management Specialist regarding Platform & CPI releases
  • Monitor integration processes to ensure data flows seamlessly and efficiently.
  • Maintain automated surveillance platform for issues and warnings
  • Troubleshoot and debug integration issues to maintain system performance.
  • Define and adjust monitoring levels to ensure the right problems are logged
  • Error handling / identify error root cause within CPI and in-scope Extensions
  • Provide KPIs and monitoring statistics to Application Support Manager and Solution Owner
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders about problems that needs to be acted upon.
  • Explain root cause and provide resolution steps
  • Perform regression testing on solved incidents
  • Create cases and work with cases assigned in Jira, reassign and comment as required
  • Evaluate if individual incident needs to be delegated to SAP Support or other vendors for additional analysis
  • Document integration processes and maintain technical documentation or other relevant documentation
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.

Professional Qualifications :

  • SAP Certified in SAP Cloud Platform Integration Services
  • SAP Certified Associate in SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Technical proficiency in Payroll, Time Integration setup
  • Solid understanding of the HR IT landscape
  • Technical Expert in SuccessFactors OData API
  • Strong understanding of SAP HR systems and integration technologies
  • Comfortable expert user in common office tools and technologies such as WebEx, Jira, Confluence, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Expert working in SAP Support portal and SAP Help Portal
