Job Overview :
American Medical Centers is expanding its healthcare services in Warsaw and is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. This role encompasses diagnostic tests, patient care coordination, and personalized treatment planning. It also involves maintaining medical records, escorting patients to referral clinics, facilitating communication with external healthcare providers, and assisting with paperwork. Additionally, the position includes providing concierge-style medical support to ensure a seamless healthcare experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities :
Performing diagnostic tests and laboratory work
Coordinating and supervising patient care delivery
Following the physician’s plan of care
Managing intake coordination of referrals from accepted sources
Establishing individualized treatment plans and maintaining medical records
Escorting patients to referral clinics and assisting with communication and paperwork
Facilitating active and effective communication with team members and external healthcare providers
Providing concierge-style support for patients, ensuring seamless medical experiences
Qualifications :
Successful completion of an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
At least 1 year of clinical experience in public health, home health, or hospital settings
Strong ability to communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals clearly and effectively
Fluency in English
Strong bedside manner, teamwork, and multi-tasking abilities
