About the project
We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Data Scientist to join our medical client’s team.
In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of machine learning algorithms, ensuring their seamless integration into scalable, high-performance systems. You’ll play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making and delivering robust AI solutions that align with strategic goals.
Your responsibilities
Develop and apply machine learning algorithmsPerform experiments, run tests, and assess results to enhance model precision and effectivenessTranslate data into actionable insights through advanced analytics and modelingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and monitor ML solutions in productionProvide mentorship to junior team members and contribute to data science best practicesSupport cloud engineering initiatives, particularly on AWS infrastructureOur requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in machine learning, data modeling, and statistical analysisProficient in Python and ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorchExperience with cloud-based ML development (preferably AWS)Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI / CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CIStrong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets and data preprocessingFluency in English (spoken and written)Fluent Polish requiredResiding in Poland requiredWhat we offer
