Job description

For our client, international construction company we are looking for candidates for the position of Senior Project Manager.

Responsibilities :

oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of industrial and Infrastructure construction projects,

responsible for leading and managing a team of project managers and supporting staff, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget,

collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, providing strategic guidance, risk assessment, and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle,

overseeing multiple projects, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met,

develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets,

monitor projects progress, identifying and addressing potential issues or delays,

ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards,

mitigate risks and resolve project-related challenges in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements :

bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field,

proven experience as Senior Project Manager or Project Director,

excellent leadership and communication skills,

PMP or other relevant certification is a plus,

ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously,

strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project management.
