Ready to make your mark in the world of mobile banking? We’re looking for a talented Mobile Test Engineer to join our team in Kraków and help shape the future of digital financial services!

Position : Mobile Test Engineer

Location : Kraków – hybrid model (6 days / month on-site)

Contract type : B2B

Working time : Full-time

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be at the heart of our mobile platform projects, ensuring every tap, swipe, and feature works like a charm! Here’s what your typical day might look like :

Work closely with our Scrum development crew to guarantee top-notch quality for iOS and Android mobile solutions.
Design, develop, and run test plans—both manual and automated—to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Carry out functional, regression, performance, and security testing to make our apps bulletproof.
Spot, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA—and collaborate with developers to squash them fast.
Take part in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives—your input is key!
Review user stories and acceptance criteria, making sure everything is clear and test-friendly.
Continuously improve testing processes, bringing in new ideas and tech to boost our QA game.
Stay on top of the latest mobile testing trends and tools—because innovation never sleeps.
Run usability tests to ensure a seamless experience across all devices and platforms.
Work with cross-functional teams to keep everyone aligned and moving toward our goals.

What You Bring

Proven experience as a Mobile QA Tester, especially with iOS and Android apps.

Hands-on skills with tools like Appium, Selenium, or similar.

Comfortable with both manual and automated testing methods.

Know your way around Agile / Scrum and enjoy working within a Scrum team.

Strong understanding of mobile OS, devices, and testing best practices.

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting chops.

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or similar—or equivalent hands-on experience.

Experience with JIRA or another bug tracking tool.

Bonus points for automation programming (Java or Python).

Great communication and teamwork skills.

Attention to detail and a proactive mindset to spot and suggest improvements.

Adaptable and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
