Responsibilities :
- Educate the team in Scrum and Agile ways of working (in particular SAFe), ensuring that the agreed Agile process is being followed.
- Enabler to Sprint ceremonies, including Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, ensuring they are productive and kept within the timebox.
- Support the Product Owner to manage the backlog and guide the team.
- Protect team productivity and facilitate the removal of impediments to improve the likelihood of achieving the Sprint and PI objectives.
