Vacancy : Material Planning Intern

Location : Gliwice, Poland

Duration : 6–12 months.

Availability : 20–30 hours per week.

The main objective of this role :

The Material Planning Intern will support the Material Planning team in ensuring the availability of raw materials required for production. This role involves assisting with day-to-day planning tasks, maintaining accurate data, and contributing to supply chain continuity through effective communication and coordination.

The role :

As a Material Planning Intern, you will help drive our goals by :

• Assisting in monitoring material stock levels and delivery schedules.
• Supporting the creation and tracking of raw material purchase orders.
• Helping maintain accurate data in planning systems (e.g., SAP, Excel).
• Communicating with suppliers and internal teams as needed.
• Participating in follow-up activities related to deliveries and shortages.
• Supporting documentation and updates during raw material transitions.
• Contributing to the overall efficiency of the planning process.
