At Sii, we are looking for a Risk Coordinator to join a project in the building materials industry. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting risk assessments, maintaining the risk register, and monitoring the implementation of mitigation plans. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement in information security practices.

Your responsibilities
Operate and maintain the Information Security RiskCoordinate and support risk assessments across IT functionsSupport the implementation of mitigation plans and track remediation progressPrepare regular risk reports and dashboards for internal stakeholdersAssist in applying the Information Security Risk Management FrameworkCollaborate with internal teams, including technical teams and local managementAnalyze and evaluate the severity and potential impact of risksProvide risk documentation and evidence to support audits and compliance checksPromote risk awareness and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in security operationsOur requirements
Min. 4 years of commercial experience in information security or IT risk operationsKnowledge of ISO 27001 Information Security FrameworkFamiliarity with risk frameworks such as ISO 27005, NIST RMF, or similarExperience using Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools or risk tracking systemsDetail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with structured dataStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersWillingness to travel occasionallyProficiency in English at a business levelResiding in Poland requiredOptional
Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related fieldWhat we offer
