We are looking for a
Spanish VIP Account Manager
who will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value.
Requirements :
- Proficiency in English and Spanish both written and spoken
- Proactive person with good support / sales skills
- Worked in Sales / Account management for 1+ years
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Has an iGaming industry experience
- Attention to details
- Previous experience will be considered as an advantage
Duties and Responsibilities :
Being able to search and find for solutions of customers' issuesAble to analyse customers' behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needsMonitor customers' performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus creditingEnsure that products' compliance is being followed according to relevant regulationsPrevious experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantageHours must be worked during shift business hours (between 8 am and 2 am; 5 days out of 7, including 2 weekends per month)We offer excellent benefits :
