Your responsibilities
- Provide analysis and consolidation of all Consumer Data & Digital Analytics (including website, e-com, campaigns, audience databases etc) and provide solutions & recommendations to all markets in CE.
- Develop analytical approaches to answer business questions and manage end user reports with quality information and caveats, including actionable information.
- Support the design and implementation of analytics solutions that meet the business needs, underpinned by a sound knowledge of the company’s strategic and operating plans
- Consolidate Data & Analytics in order to offer one Integrated Single Consumer View based on whole Data Set Analytics & Sentiment Analysis.
- Drive deployment of global solutions and standards, but also ensure solutions are as standard as possible but as tailored as needed to drive adoption & capture value locally.
- Extract insights from a variety of data to enable predictions and data-driven decision-making.
- Constantly on the lookout for new technologies, trends and tools that can help the team in improving analytics creation and data storytelling
- Leverage the power of data & analytics to identify opportunities to drive growth of the company and enable timely and quality decision making.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate information and data systems that could affect analytical results.
- Devise and implement efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis with attention to all technical aspects
- Continuously work towards enhancing the company understanding of the market and consumers through the relevant use of marketing research and information.
- Conduct appropriate evaluations of all key marketing activities and facilitate the communication of these insights to the relevant stakeholders.
Our requirements
Previous hands-on experience in Data Analytics, Digital Platforms, Research, Consumer and customer business development, proficient in excel and powerpoint, story teller, qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, survey and questionnaire design.4-7 years of work experience in Digital / Market ResearchKnowledge of current marketing and analytics technology, such as Digital Marketing Platform, Customer Data Platform, Remarketing, Programmatic etcWorking knowledge of Google Analytics 360 and / or Adobe Analytics is essentialCritical thinking : able to look at numbers, trends, data and come to new conclusions based on findings. Comfortable juggling facts, figures and number crunching; high attention to detail.Business Awareness - Can talk with credibility about the business and how it functions and its different customer segmentations and consumer behaviorLeverage data storytelling, build strong stakeholder partnerships, adapt to ambiguity, and demonstrate fluency in digital analytics tools.What we offer

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Performance and Analytics Manager to lead the transformation of consumer and digital data into actionable insights that drive business performance. This role is responsible for consolidating data across websites, e-commerce, campaigns, and audience platforms to create a unified consumer view and deliver high-impact analytics solutions aligned with business objectives.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and marketing, to embed new technologies and ensure analytics tools are effectively adopted across all levels of the organization within Central Europe.
With a strong focus on data storytelling, predictive modelling, and performance monitoring, you will enable timely, data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
