We're the newest gin bar on the scene- where cool meets culinary. Known for our curated selection of craft gins, cutting-edge cocktails, and vibrant vibe, we're now bringing an exciting food dimension to our experience. And we're doing it Nikkei style.

Are you a culinary artist with a passion for Nikkei cuisine? Do you thrive in fast-paced, stylish environments where food, flavor, and flair come together? Then we want you on our Team.

Our requirements

• previous experience in Nikkei or Peruvian / Japanese cuisine,
• passion for flavor, creativity and plating artistry,
• independent and organized self motivator,
• outgoing personality, easy to engage with Collegues and Guests,
• ability to work evenings and weekends,
• we consider English speaking candidates, Polish will me an asset,
• taking care of your work station in terms of cleanliness, the products you work with and very good work organization,
