What you will do
- As an Associate Product Manager, you will be highly focused on improving internal processes which will ultimately drive long-term customer satisfaction, competitive advantage, market share growth and increased profitability across our full product portfolio. These processes include, but are not limited to product launches, customer beta testing, data associated activities, roadmap creation and Phase In Phase Out (PIPO).
How you will do it
Internal Stakeholder Collaboration : Engage regularly with product management, program management, technical support, engineering, sales, technical account management, operations, and marketing teams to understand data needs and ensure alignment on new tools and processes.Process Improvement, Creation & Maintenance : Identify and analyse process inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Create and maintain a new process or portal that will enable : 1) customer feedback to be easily brought back into the business to drive product improvements, new feature requests, or even new product requests. 2) ability to easily rank and prioritize this feedback onto product roadmaps. 3) ability to communicate back to the requestor if and when their request will be incorporated into product roadmaps and ultimately delivered.Dashboard Creation : create and maintain dashboards that will improve the Product & Program Management teams’ ability to quickly make informed decisions (e.g., enable the Product Management team to quickly understand product specific performance (sales qty & rev, GM%, etc) and make associated product lifecycle decisions).Operations Support : Support the Product Management team with PN setups and Phase In Phase Out (PIPO) plans for various product lines – ensuring global ERP system data reflects correct life cycle data for each region (and associated ERP system(s)).Data Collection & Analysis : Create visualization tools utilizing industry market data sets that will provide actionable insights to the product management and senior leadership teams to support both long range planning as well as short term product roadmap decisions.What we look for

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related field of study.Experience using PowerBIStrong written and verbal communication and able to work cross-functionally.Ability to present to internal and external stakeholders.Strong analytical skills.Entrepreneurial mindset to innovate and take calculated risks.Self-starter, you can anticipate and proactively solve problems, which may require conceptual thinking and independent judgment in methods and techniques for obtaining results.Preferred
Security industry experience, knowledge, and relationshipsExperience using and creating data analysis tools (e.g., PowerBI, Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc)Experience with various sales enablement and ERP systems (SalesForce, Baan, SAP, etc)Knowledge of project and program management methodologies and tools.Knowledge of tech support methodologies and tools.Familiarity with data visualization best practices.LI-EG
