PtP Assistant with Spanish

Your responsibilities

  • Support the creation and processing of purchase requisitions and orders.
  • Assist with the entry and tracking of supplier invoices in the finance system.
  • Help match purchase orders with invoices and delivery receipts.
  • Communicate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve basic issues or discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Help prepare reports on expenses, outstanding payments, and other financial data.
  • Learn and follow compliance procedures, including internal controls and procurement policies.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives as required.

Our requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of financial documents like invoices and purchase orders (training provided).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Good communication skills and a team-player mindset.
  • Knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of Spanish

  • We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student or recent graduate to join our Procure-to-Pay (PtP) team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in finance, accounting. As a PtP Assistant, you will support the team in managing purchase orders, invoices, and vendor data.
