We are looking for a HR Engagement Specialist (Junior) in Krakow, Poland

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Coordinate all engagement-related efforts across our Eurasia locations (India, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Ukraine);
- Engagement activities coordination : plan and execute corporate events, office days, online and on-site team-building activities, charity initiatives and tech talks;
- Gifts : coordinate the purchase and delivery of special corporate gifts to our collaborators;
- Internal Communications : write and broadcast appealing and fun communications via chat and email to encourage people’s interaction and participation in internal initiatives;
- Leadership travel support : assist our leadership team during their trips to our main locations, coordinating their meeting agenda, booking accommodations or restaurants, and ensuring an overall positive experience during their visits;
- HR Engagement Budget management : make the best out of our designated budget for engagement activities by properly administrating it;
- AE Budgets : review and approve budget reimbursement requests from our collaborators connected to our internal AE budgets (self-development, team building and home office).
MUST HAVES
1+ years of experience in event management or internal communications (or a combination of these areas);Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities;Upper-intermediate English proficiency;Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and inspire people across different cultures and geographies;Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for building meaningful people experiences;A proactive, self-starter attitude with a team-focused mindset.NICE TO HAVES
