We're not expecting you to be present at the office, but you need to be based in Krakow or near by to run some activities locally at least once a month.

• Proven experience managing Google Workspace or similar cloud-based productivity suites
• Security mindset
• Strong organizational skills with experience in documenting processes
• Ability to support and troubleshoot IT-related issues for end users
• Strong experience building IT processes from scratch
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving IT needs
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• English proficiency at a professional level

Managing and maintaining our Google Workspace environment, Administering Slack and other external tools and services, Handling user access management and permissions across various platforms, Documenting IT processes and workflows, Dispatching and tracking IT equipment to employees, Providing timely troubleshooting and technical support for employees, Evaluating and recommending new tools to improve team productivity, In the future, managing company hardware and related infrastructure] Requirements : Google Workspace, Security, Hardware Tools : Jira.
