For one of our clients – a global real estate investment firm with local insight and a focus on sustainable, long-term value – which is currently establishing a new Shared Service Center in Warsaw, we are looking for a person for the position of :

Senior Reporting Expert

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting systems and ledgers
  • Support internal and external audits with required documentation and reconciliations
  • Maintain and improve standard reporting templates and dashboards incl. KPI, volumetrics and various other reporting
  • Collaborate with IT / Systems teams to automate and streamline reporting processes
  • Monitor compliance with group reporting policies and deadlines
  • Act as reporting subject matter expert and add value to any reporting enhancement opportunities

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, or R2R roles
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS or local GAAP reporting standards
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting tools (e.g. SAP, HFM, Power BI, OneStream)
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data quality
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work cross-functionally
  • Prior experience in a multinational or shared services environment is a plus
