For one of our clients – a global real estate investment firm with local insight and a focus on sustainable, long-term value – which is currently establishing a new Shared Service Center in Warsaw, we are looking for a person for the position of :
Senior Reporting Expert
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting systems and ledgers
- Support internal and external audits with required documentation and reconciliations
- Maintain and improve standard reporting templates and dashboards incl. KPI, volumetrics and various other reporting
- Collaborate with IT / Systems teams to automate and streamline reporting processes
- Monitor compliance with group reporting policies and deadlines
- Act as reporting subject matter expert and add value to any reporting enhancement opportunities
Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5+ years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, or R2R rolesStrong knowledge of IFRS or local GAAP reporting standardsAdvanced proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting tools (e.g. SAP, HFM, Power BI, OneStream)Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data qualityAbility to manage multiple deadlines and work cross-functionallyPrior experience in a multinational or shared services environment is a plusBenefits
