• Strong organizational skills : ability to structure work, prioritize tasks, and follow through
• Proactive communicator with a growth mindset, eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
• Willingness to grow within a team of experienced project managers – you'll have support, mentorship, and space to develop your skills
• English and Ukrainian proficiency at B2 level or higher
