Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow AI-based lab assistant tool : Take full ownership of a forward-looking AI product. Shape its roadmap, define its evolution, and actively contribute to its strategic direction.
  • Contribute to a unified digital ecosystem : This AI tool acts as a central point connecting various digital platforms and services. Active involvement across all online channels and digital products is essential.
  • Collaborate and influence cross-functionally : Work alongside product managers, engineers, marketers, UX peers, and visual designers throughout the entire product lifecycle. Share UX insights, champion user-centered design, and inspire others to align with your design vision.
  • Drive data-informed decisions : Define key metrics and KPIs, conduct A / B testing, and work with analytics and research teams. Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to guide product and design decisions.
  • Deliver polished UI / UX : Create high-fidelity mockups and scalable design components. Focus on visual precision—typography, color, spacing, and layout. Contribute to the design system, ensure adherence to brand guidelines, and push for visual excellence and consistency.

Qualifications

  • Proven UX Experience : 5+ years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or information architecture. Demonstrated ability to lead and execute end-to-end design processes.
  • Strong Portfolio : A well-documented online portfolio showing past work—especially projects involving AI, SaaS, or B2B platforms.
  • Experience with AI Products : Practical experience designing user experiences for AI-powered applications or tools.
  • UX Design Skills : Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies. Skilled in building detailed wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys for complex web-based applications.
  • Corporate and Enterprise Experience : Experience working in large or matrixed organizations. Comfortable collaborating across departments and working within established brand and design systems.
  • Tool Proficiency : Advanced skills in Figma. Familiarity with design systems such as Material Design. Experience with Angular-based interfaces is a plus.
  • Excellent Communication : Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Able to clearly explain design rationale, even to non-design stakeholders.
  • Team-Oriented Mindset : Collaborative team player who works well with developers and product teams to bring designs to life with high fidelity and functional accuracy.
