Act as a technical contact and interface in strategic transformation projects (e.g., SAP S / 4 transformation, SAP eWM)
Support process managers with technical issues in projects and daily operations
Manage external service providers from the implementation phase through the go-live and handover to regular operations
Collaborate closely with other IT departments and support international IT projects to develop holistic solutions
Take responsibility for the operational management of internally and externally operated IT solutions
Ensure service quality of external providers for the SAP system landscape regarding all technological aspects (SAP Basis, interfaces, archiving, upgrades, security)

Degree in computer science or equivalent qualification (e.g., IT specialist training)
At least 3 years of experience in operational IT service provider environments
Extensive practical experience as an application consultant in the SAP Basis area
Experience with SAP S / 4HANA, SAP eWM and other SAP landscapes
Familiarity with working in distributed IT organizations and virtual teams
Independent, cooperative, and results-oriented working style
High sense of responsibility, friendly demeanor, and strong communication skills
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
