Ansell is looking for a Assoc Specialist Regional Category EMEA - Scientific / Cleanroom to join our team in Krakow.

In this position you will play a vital role in supporting the EMEA Category Management team with strategy execution, product portfolio management, and growth initiatives. The role suits a dynamic, detail-oriented, individual with strong analytical and communication skills, comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.

What your role will be?

Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Sr Manager Regional Category Management EMEA - Scientifc / Cleanroom you will have the opportunity to :

Category & Portfolio Support

  • Assist in category growth execution and product lifecycle management.
  • Maintain product data, certifications, and documentation.
  • Support product launches, changes, and discontinuations.
  • Respond to basic product and technical queries from Sales and distributors.
  • Market & Sales Enablement

  • Prepare sales tools, presentations, and training materials with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Track sales, pricing, competition, and market trends.
  • Contribute to customer value propositions and selling stories.
  • Operational & Administrative Support

  • Update regional systems with accurate product and pricing info (, SFDC, PIM, asset bank, Comind).
  • Support product listings on e-commerce platforms (, , other online platforms).
  • Coordinate with teams on product availability and inventory.
  • Communicate internal updates on product changes and launches.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with internal teams to align on product initiatives, gather customer feedback and manage product sampling.
  • What will you bring to Ansell ?

  • Demonstrated similar experience in product management, sales support, customer service or marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proactive and collaborative mindset with ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Experience in B2B, regulated industries (, PPE, cleanroom, life sciences), global or matrix organizations is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal), other European languages are a plus.
