Requirements :

Temenos Transact experience
Advanced level of proficiency in Applications Architecture
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide innovative solutions
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to lead and mentor junior team members
Experience with Agile methodologies

Responsibilities :

Provide functional and / or technical expertise to plan, analyze, define, and support the delivery of future functional and technical capabilities for an application or group of applications.

Assist in facilitating impact assessment efforts and in producing and reviewing estimates for client work requests.

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating and managing the team to perform effectively.

Be responsible for team decisions and engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for both the immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions for application architecture.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Conduct regular reviews and assessments to optimize application performance.
