About the project
We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to join our pharmaceutical client’s team. This role offers the opportunity to lead the development of cutting-edge software and data-driven solutions. As a key liaison between business units, software engineers, data scientists, and data engineers, you will be responsible for delivering impactful products that meet both strategic and technical goals.
Your responsibilities
Develop and oversee product roadmaps, ensuring they are aligned with both business objectives and technical resourcesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into actionable development plansLead agile practices including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordinationEnsure clear communication of product vision, strategy, and progress across stakeholdersConduct market and technology assessments to guide product direction and prioritizationMonitor KPIs and leverage data insights to drive continuous improvementOur requirements
Min. 10 years of experience in technical product management, including work with software, data science, and engineering teamsProven experience in Life Science projects, particularly in CMC and GxP developmentStrong command of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)Solid technical foundation in SDLC, cloud platforms (especially AWS), data engineering, and machine learningExcellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical topics to diverse audiencesFluency in English (spoken and written)What we offer
