Job description

Your responsibilities :

  • Coordinate business review meetings and S&OPs with customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Ensuring account's performance as per assigned budget plus further growth.
  • 1st wave launches execution.
  • Cross functional team management.
  • Visit clients and attend Industry events.
  • Yearly price increase negotiations.
  • Ensure with portfolio that technical product profile agreed with assigned accounts by agreement, is implemented.
  • Monitor and challenge COGS before and after 1st wave launch to ensure companies average profitability.
  • Provides technical support to different departments and clients
  • Implement and follow the strategies established by Management
  • Represent your department in its interlocutions with customers and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with quality, prevention and environmental standards in your department

  • Our expectations :

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the pharma industry : Customer Service, logistics, Supply chain experience preferred
  • University degree, preferably in chemistry, pharmacy, or a related field (chemistry, biology, biotechnology, etc),
  • Proficient English
  • Microsoft office knowledge
  • Openness to business trips
  • Takes responsibility in their assigned technical activities.
  • Propose strategies, objectives and responsibilities in the short and medium term of your department
  • Assume and spread the culture and values of the company
