Main purpose of the position :

The main purpose of this position is to support the accounting department in day-to-day operations, including processing financial documents, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with monthly and annual closings. As a Junior Accountant, you will collaborate closely with the Chief Accountant and the accounting team to ensure compliance with Polish accounting regulations and internal procedures.

What you’ll do :

Post purchase invoices accurately and on time

Record and reconcile bank statements

Review and post travel and expense reports

Assist in maintaining proper financial records and documentation

Support month-end and year-end closing activities

Collaborate with the finance team on ad-hoc accounting tasks

Key qualifications :

0.5 year experience of working an a junior accountant / assistant position, not mandatory

Knowledge of Polish accounting regulations

Good knowledge of MS Office

Strong team player skills with close attention to detail

Good English and Polish
