A new software development team is being established in Warsaw to collaborate with global teams in London, Bangalore, and other locations. We are looking for a Software Engineer to develop and maintain high-performance solutions that support the efficient settlement of securities transactions. This role involves working with modern technologies to solve complex challenges in the financial sector.
Your responsibilities
Develop and maintain software solutions for global securities settlementCollaborate with senior engineers, architects, and stakeholders to design and implement solutionsParticipate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software quality and reliabilityImplement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormationOptimize system performance and ensure seamless integration with existing platformsOur requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in programming with Java with proficiency in SDLC tools such as GitLabUnderstanding of containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and KubernetesExperience with technologies like Kafka, Kubernetes, Argo CD, and GitLab CI / CDKnowledge of securities settlements and post-trade processing is a plusFluent English (written and spoken)Willingness to work full-time from the Warsaw office (5 days a week)This is how we work on a project
