The Packaging vertical within Nielsen IQ is looking for an enthusiastic, organized professional, with a customer centric attitude, and a passion for data, to join our growing team as a Global Client Success Manager, reporting into the Global Packaging Leader. We are looking for a client-focused, excellent communicator, with a strong data-driven solution background and an in-depth knowledge of the CPG industry. This role will support the team carrying out various administrative tasks needed to build and maintain great client relationships while providing outstanding customer service.
This vertical has set the industry narrative for clients across the packaging industry. You will be expected to provide day-to-day ownership for the provision of services to the global packaging client base. The role will consist of supporting the coordination of our data delivery, key industry insights around sustainability, eCommerce, and other packaging trends, in addition to other regular reporting outputs.
