Responsibilities

• Provide Expert Legal Counsel on Contractual Matters : Act as the primary legal advisor to internal stakeholders on all aspects of commercial contracts, offering pragmatic and solution-oriented guidance on terms, risks, and compliance.
• Identify and Mitigate Contractual Risks : Proactively identify, analyze, and advise on legal and commercial risks within contracts, developing and implementing strategies to effectively mitigate these risks and protect company interests.
• Ensure Contractual Compliance : Guarantee that all contractual agreements adhere to applicable laws, regulations (including data privacy where relevant), and internal corporate policies.
• Develop and Maintain Contractual Standards : Create, refine, and manage standard contract templates, clauses, and legal playbooks to improve efficiency, consistency, and legal protection across the organization.
• Support Strategic Business Initiatives through Contracting : Collaborate closely with business teams to understand their strategic needs and structure contractual arrangements that effectively support key projects, partnerships, and commercial goals.
